Why? Are you deciding on what tint to go with?

I've never had any issues with any tint on my cars. As for the windshield, I would leave that off.

No issue what-so-ever with the tint on my E-60 or any other cars previously. Currently I have 3M - 35% all around on my 550 - which is Legal for Maryland [except windshield - course].

Initially I had a 20% tint installed all around for a while which made the car slightly darker than I liked - with a complete Black interior for seats, carpet and alcantara anthracite headliner, it made the interior look remarkably nice yet a bit too non-reflective for night driving, due to which I ended up replacing the tint with the current 35% as it feels much more comfortable - especially at night driving - and of-course making it Legal and for my own piece-of-mind.

I have 15% all around and 50% on front and it looks great, i can see good at night, and no sensor issues.
If anyone needs a guy in so cal .... i got one who is awesome and he does many show cars ... very talented and does crazy custom stuff with high quality film ..... that is why no problems too.

no problems with my 35% charcoal dyed tint. not a problem but just with my sunglasses and looking against the sun from in the car i could see colors in my tint haha. well the most common youll hear about tint is to not get any metallic tint or any tint for that matter that includes some metal because they may interfere with radio reception. most recommended are ceramic tints. +1 leave the windshield. when you tint all windows, itll make the windshield seem a little darker to blend with the rest of the windows.

The only problem I have with tint is, when u tint rear windshield, wherever there is Defroster lines, u will see a reflection at night.. They did redo my tint w/ dyed charcoal (nonmetallic) LLUMAR tint and it has the same problem.

so it will look like this:
