aside from tint film/overlays, some members will just have a shop paint them.....

Would that methods also work to cover up the eyebrow section? I hate the chrome look that surrounds the eyebrow and 6-LEDs.
thanks
thanks
I believe member C's Bimmer actually tinted the eyebrows on his M5....
*edit, found it...

I don't like the look personally. That kinda mod is something
you would see on a Honda IMO

As far as changing the tails. I looked into this mod as well. You can go two ways.
1. Tint the tails with the film that you are talking about. (downfall = the lights have that bump around the side and when you tint around that it seems to crack and become weak at that point because you have to heat it up and stretch it around the bump. therefore making it weak and it will crap and rip away.
2. Take the tails to a body shop and have them take the lights off and paint them. If i were you this is what i would do, unless you get the tint yourself and try to mod. If you can get it to look good and only have to spend a few dollars on the film then it is worth it.

i used tint film on both my E60's. i also had a set sprayed too. it just depends on the look you are going for. i was happy with both methods and never had an issue.

it's not a paint. it's a tint spray.
