Tint for Black Saphire 550i

My Ride: 2006 550i Black Saphire/Black Dakota Leather- Loaded- M5 Appearance Package, Sport Package, Pro logic 7 Premium Sound, Navigation, Cold Weather Package, Comfort Package, Heads-up Display, park Distance Control, Bluetooth, Active Steering, Electric Rear Sunshade, Rear Folding Seats, Front/Rear Heated Seats, Xenon lights, Satelite Radio- Extended Maintenance, CPO (Considering Tire/Wheel Insurance)
So, my 550i has the standard sport tint, but I want to go darker. Can't do too dark as the State of NY does not permit FL type tint and I don't want to feel like I need a walking stick while driving at night.
What's the right % for my color? I have Black leather too, so already sort of dark. Any recommended tint guys in Nassau County Long Island NY? Price??

If you don't want to go too dark, I would suggest 50%. Otherwise 35% seems to be pretty common for a lot of folks.

I have 35% and I have Jet Black on Black and it's perfect. During the day, you can see through. At night, it's pretty dark. I suggest 35%.

I suggest 35% all around, but 50% in the windshield.
I have 20% in door windows and I will change it soon to 35% because I have some difficulties looking at side mirrors and around when in the dark.
