Hey, the only thing you have to take out is the fog light covers and the ACS lip fits right over the lower part of the stock bumper

... the lip has 3 holes on the bottom to screw onto the bumper and on top of the lip there's "grooves" to put the 3m tape but you will have to drill holes on the side so sides wouldn't fall off
