About the drop, I think you are fine, if you would have put the correct tires on there, you would not have needed to drop at all.
If you drop you will loose the E60 comfort.

I went with 245-35-19 Front and 275-30-19 Rear....What would you have Recommended?

I know I know but there's one problem I have. I could say the same and more about your ride....I like I like!!! Did you get OEM M5 mirrors?? This is a mod I wanna do as well but the price of the OEM mirrors is bonkers!
