So if the front fenders are wider, how can that M5 bumper be a direct bolt-on to a regular E60? Some unknowing buyer could be in for a bad surprise after spending all that money and the thing won't fit.

I sent that same question to the seller.

What did he answer?

"Hello, no the shell of the E60 is the same shape! Everyone says that to me! Don't know where this rumour started!

All parts are genuine bmw and will fit stright on

Let me get this straight.

Right now i can bolt on the M5 rear bumper and it'll be flush with the rear 1/4 panels/fenders (i do like the look). The front bumper will bolt on with a flared look protruding past both the front left and right fenders?

Alex.br since you have both vehicles could you do us a solid and take measurements of both your 545i and M5 with a tape measure?

No problem. Like I said before the rear is the same on both cars. The front fenders have a little difference on wheel's arch region (bit wider) but I think that bumper's fitment will be the same.

The 545 is about 500 Km far from me, but I will try to get the measurements with the dealer.

The fenders are the same. The only difference is the air vents holes.

Maybe some problem with the air ducts.

M5 fenders are 1cm wider at the center top of the wheel hole (top of wheel - fender curve) all the other locations (fender to bumper) are exactly the same.
I must mention that, you can't have foglights on this kit, because in this place are fitted the m5 air ducts.
Also the headlight washers for this kit are different comparable to the simple e60 bumper.

ok, what about the Bmw M aero Kit, made to fit Stock E 60, not M5.
if I get that kit and the M5 front fenders, are the M5 front fenders stick out from the front M aero kit bumper??????????????????????????????????

Yes. The M-tech front bumpers will not accommodate the M5 fenders. Besides, you would be wasting money buying the M5 fenders when the stock e60 fenders are a perfect fit for the M-tech aero kit. The whole purpose of the M-tech aero kit was to offer regular e60s the M look.
