Ever since I got my car back from getting my front bumper installed around 2 years ago I've had the top portion of the off button on the AC chipped out. Its bothered me everytime I got in the car, and I was told I would need a entire new unit. I almost bought a used one off ebay for $90ish just to fix that since it ruined the look of the dash. Well a member recently posted that you can buy the knob set. Now I couldn't find the single knob to buy but the entire set wasn't too expensive. Wanted to pass along for those who had theirs chipped too, I know there are a number out there. Here is a link to the part number.

If anyone else happens to need other buttons out of that set I only needed the off button, so I have the rest of the set...

Yeah the dealer told me the entire thing had to be replaced to. The kit I linked includes that button, takes less than a minute to pop off and replace.
Mine was chipped the exact same way as your pic

Great find
... pls share on how to replace them? Do you have to pop out the whole AC panel off? Or just individually just from the front? LCI version available?

Nope, you just pull it off. I never realized it until I tried the other day, comes off very easy. I'll take a pic of the kit I got with the button in case anyone needs any of the other buttons.

Hey Tex_Phil, do you still have any of these buttons available? Looking for the "REST" button...
Thanks!
