As long as your car is not slammed, it will not rub.
245-35-20 and 275-30-20 will give you a decent amount of sidewall.
Here is a pic of 20x8.5 and 20x10 with a 245-35-20 and 275-30-20 setup, lowered with H&R sport srpings, and its not rubbing.

the rears should be OK unless your wheel offset of wrong.
The fronts might rub when pulling into drive ways, but shouldn't on normal driving.
