Aluminum, I'll post pics this evening. Between doing this for the first time, breaking all but one tab on the door trims and spending time with the family, it took me to 11pm last night to finish.

I didn't use anything. Since the new ones had their own clips and screws I just needed nuts from the old ones, I'm lucky this was a replacement a not a wrap or it would have taken even longer. The plastic from the old clips literally crumbled apart .

I paid about $350 shipped from ebay. Its not perfect though, there's the usual wear marks that you get with this trim and the passenger side has a bend in it and needs to be replaced but I think it was a great deal. It really changes the interior look and makes everything more sporty and with a black leather its a great contrast.
