-new exhaust (single = b&b if you want loud, or a single eisenmann....double tip = eisenmann if you want dummy tips or rdsport quad (no dummies))
-lowering kit definitely... dont lower it to the point where its gonna rub though
-maybe a sound system if you're an audiophile

I think the biggest visual difference would be a kit. Would you want to be daring and go for the Rieger kit? http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=...l=rieger+tuning
I still don't know what to think of it. The front looks a bit more aggressive than the MTech
