Sway bars?

Upper and lower strut bars are great additions for handling, but I've personally noticed they tend to come somewhat loose after several months of usage and need to be retightened which can be a real pain in the ass for the lower rear bars under the car.

I have rdsport sways on front and rear on my M5 and would def be a mod for the money to get. Handles much better eventho it was good already but now I can control how much oversteer or understeer to my preference with the rdsport sway settings.

I wonder, these rdsport sway bars for M5, how they will be on normal E60 like 530d, bacause rdsport have kit for non M5 and the bars are 19mm and 27mm, but the M5 kit is 22mm and 30mm?

Get the Rdsport sways made for your car. There isnt much difference between the rdsports on a regular E60 and a E60 M5 but there is a noticebale difference between stock M5 sways and rdsport sways so I am sure the rdsport sways would be a improvement on your 530d. There are adjustments and stocks dont have any.

My Ride: Modded 2010 Carbon Black M5 SMG and Modded 2008 Dinan 550i Sport
I have the Dinan FRC and rear anti-sway bar plus front and rear strut braces on my M5. Coupled with CKS coilovers and SWIFT springs there is pretty much zero roll.
