My Ride: 2007 530i. Purchased 6/28/07. My Ride: 04 545i sport, stick, L7, sat, nav. Charcoal/ runflat/ cdv delete.
Suede headliner/ trunk, 3 way front speakers, four 8" subs in rear shelf, ACM, iPod dock in ash tray using gateway 500 with MP3 text and video on screen, MRTM aluminum pedals/ door pins, 10 farad cap, sound processor, line conditioner, 2 amps ( 4x100 and 2x200)

I wrapped my original headliner with suede. Purchasing an alcantera headliner from BMW is an option to consider, the main piece shows up around $850 on realoem
yeah its definitely expensive that way... but i was thinking of taking the time and removing the panels to do it myself...
the fabric cost at most 100.00... you save a whopping 750.00

I priced out the headliner with Garry @ BMW of Newport last summer.
Including our 25% Forum discount the headliner and all the interior moldings were $1215 for Anthracite and $1855 for Alcantera (suede).
That does not include any install.
There has to be a better way to go.

we definitely need a DIY for this on E60 Forums... i will probably start doing it when the weather gets a little warmer.. cause my friends garage is tooo tight.... theres tons of sites that have automotive fabric.. do a google search, they sell by the yards.
