Default Subframe replacement

I’m replacing the subframe on my E60 535i and ran into an interesting problem. The new subframe is very bare and I’ve been swapping over parts to it from the old subframe.

the pressed on threaded inserts on the old subframe don’t look like they can be removed.

my question is has anyone obtained/installed these replacement fittings into a new subframe or similar component?

any help appreciated.

Those look like nutserts. They are used when it is difficult to hold a nut on the back of the panel. You would need the correct size nutsert as well as the installation tool. Like this one, as an example.
