Style 172 Chrome on E60?

My Ride: '06 550i Sport Package
Hello, All. I have an '06 550i in Titanium Grey. I just purchased a set of chrome 172 rims. Deciding whether to install or refinish. Any thoughts? Any photos of chrome 172 installed on E60? Thx for your help.

chrome has definalty lost its appeal over the years. back in the day everyone was rockn the lasted chrome wheels. the furthest id go now is chrome/polished lips. not the whole wheel. id prolly refinish them. but who knows post a pic with them on ur grey car they may look decent

Thanks for your replies. So you don't like chrome, and the fact that I do makes me old fashioned. (Add another one to that list.) So, what would you "whipper-snappers" say is today's popular choice: Powder coat? Paint? If so, what color? Black? Match the grey on the car? (I want to pick something that will make resale easier.) Thanks for your time.
