Hey everyone

I've dealt with Vaheh quite a few times over the past few months. He's been great for answering questions and for getting me decent deals with honest shipping charges (non of this making $$ on shipping).

However, I just found out that Vaheh is no longer with the company anymore (2 weeks ago). I have found another good contact that has been equally good and has been a great help. His name is Kevin Martin at the same number (not sure of the extension). His e-mail is kmartin@crevierbmw.com

He's been just as cool as Vaheh and I'm sure he can provide a good price quote.
Wow.... Thanks for the update. I have not had any business dealings with Vaheh for a few months now.

Hi!

I own a mystic blue 530i.
My rear runflat tyres are waiting to be replaced, and I'm considering if I should just upgrade my rims...
I'm thinking of purchasing #166 M5 wheels..But I'm afraid they might be out of my budget..
How much do the OEM #166s go for???

I also looked for some replicas..and found, ABI wheels and Ruotecompany wheels.(Both from Italy)
I heard that Ruotecompany makes the finest replicas.. Is this true? their website's under
construction so I can't find any information!! The Ruotecompany wheels look slightly different from the original M5 wheels...the finish, the lip and etc..

what about ABI wheels?? they're on ebay and they seem really nice.
Thanks guys~~
================================================== ===================

Now not the replicas, but you can get the real thing, the 19 inch BMW OEM 166 M at BMW Wheels of Scottsdale for $356.00 FRONTS & $363.00 REARS each

CLICK ON: http://www.bmwwheels.com/bmwwheels_detail....=166&Series=E60

I hope this helps you! (By the way I am too looking at buying a set of them or the BMW OEM 18 inch 135's for 420.00 each. now I love the 166's but I want to stay with something I know is good riding the 18's, besides I live where there is a lot of pot holes and everyone knows the higher you go up on rim and tire size, the less rubber in your sidewall you get for suspension purposes...but the 19 inch 166M's with the staggered set up does look aggressive on the e60 and quite awesome!)

Sincerely,

R. Eddie Presley

PS,
I am not a Bill Gates type, and I am on a tight budget also, but I would stay away from replicas. I know there good ones out there, but I personally have not found any yet, and I got burned and lied to by a high pressured salesmen about a set of Parallel M replicas last year who would not warranty them for all alike in appearance like he said he would before I bought them, and ended up costing me to buy a wheel to make them a perfect matched set, and I finally got the bugs out, so I could sell them, but at a $$$$ loss! I swore then I would stay with BMW OEMs or nothing for our e60's. All I can advise is "Buyer Beware" when not buying BMW OEMs but if you do, make sure the appearance, BMW ride quality, fitments and offsets are the same as BMW's.

Check out Ruotecompany.com, its an italian company so you should have no problem getting the replica wheels from them. All the so call ABI wheels are actually just private branding and all their wheels are actually made by Ruotecompany.

Thanks for the tip with Ruotecompany. I sent them an email... let see...

I?ve also looked onto the ebay-shop of ABI (www.stores.ebay.com.au/ABI-Wheels). ABI states that he has T?V germany certificates for the rims.

My question now: has anybody got some replicas of ABI or Ruotecompany and do they really have T?V germany certificates?

Thanks
Lanikus
