What do you guys think? I know AC Schnitzer also makes one but I was hoping to get one from Dinan...if and when they release it.

Hi Tony, strut is important regarding your steering and also the safety, please do not buy unknown stuff just stick w reputable! Do not worth the risk, otw that is cheap. I always wanted one, but I have AS so its

I agree with you. I wouldn't buy from an unknown vendor. Just thought someone here might find that piece interesting.
BTW, are you saying that we can't put a strut brace on if we have active steering?

Struts are for precising in a way the steering, that is what I heared once from a dealer but I will ask ok, it was until now only IMO.

Strut brace helps prevent the car's body from flexing when you're driving through twist and turns. It compliments the sway bars underneath and stiffens up the chassis. It shouldn't matter if your car has active steering or not.

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
Eurocarfans, yes u can still install the strut brace even though u have AS. My friend here in Singapore has strut brace installed in his E60 w/ AS. H&R has strut brace available too for E60. Pricewise cheaper than AC Schnitzer..

The after market strut brace are all the same aprt from how well itis built.
To compare it to the acs 1, I would say my 1 is about 50% less stiff than the ACS 1.
Put it this way you pay what you get and for this 1 it better than nothing
