Slap the 124s on and set an appointment with BMW dealership. The alignment with Active Steering shouldn't cost more than $275. If it does, go find another dealership that won't rip you off.

Personally, if you are going to go to 20's, I think the best looking rims out there for our cars are the Radenergie R10's that Eurocarfan and freed0m have on theirs. If you're going to spend the money, I would go that route.
