Id say go chrome lip! Polish lip is even better than stainless... Stainless starts to change color, shit starts sticking to it... hence why wheels with stainless lips are CHEAP.

I've got a chrome lip on my Radenergies. Its definitely easier to maintain.
As for polish or stainless.. I believe in time without care it'll get dull and look pretty nasty.
The chrome can get scratched / damaged. The good thing with chrome and repair is that, most chromed lips are 2-3 piece rims. You can have it taken apart and repaired seperately.
Up to you buddy, 20 inch, chrome lip... duu it!!!
