Hello. The problem you are having is because your vehicle's network has been disrupted.
This is most likely done by a dealer who did service and did some updates to the car, updating some part numbers and not others. Anytime this is done, the complete vehicle should be encoded.
Unfortuately, you will need to do this manually.
First you will need to determine your vehicle's i-level. Progman has done this for you.
Vehicle data status:
E060-06-06-510
Target data status:
E060-08-09-530
This will determine which data set you will need to program the car with.
You will need to manually adapt the FA and then marry all of the control modules to accept the new vehicle order. This can be done by WINKFP. If you want permantly resolve this issue you can manually update each module with the correct zbnumber and then marry the entire network together. It is quite a task though if one is not familiar with how to do this or has never done this.

Thanks started pairing the parts to the VIN, only ones left to programme with winkfp
are CCC unit and BZM/SZM.
Only problem is the BZM/SZM, it is asking for the following file when using ZB 9155287:
080100SZM60.ipo
anyone got this file?
