Sprint booster and shifting problems

My Ride: 2004 BMW 645 black sapphire metallic, 19" Style 166 (245/40 & 285/35 w 15mm spacers)
Anyone have experienced the following:
"In case you have auto tranny like me, I dont think its a good idea to drive the car rough on D, coz the gearbox keeps jumping for 6th to 4th to 5th, so for action, just slide the stick to DS, or even better, drive with Steptronic."

Don't see any problems, just need to get use to it. I find that proper foot placement (flat on the pedal aka accelerator instead of only the toe of the foot) is critical for proper control. Hope that helps
