You turned your car into a SUPER STRETCH E60 Limo! I knew it! Don't tell me...you installed a hot tub in the rear!
Don't forget a stripper pole inside.

You're welcome. Hope you enjoy it. And please, provide some additional feedback once you get it installed.
Will post my findings after installation and trial. I'm so stoked about it, that I'm ordering one for my wife's 2007 Audi A4 Avant as well.

Btw, Andy Wong was so cool about it that he offered me the one for the Audi at the group buy price of $250.

constant pressure its jerky
That is very weird.

The only times I've experienced jerkiness is when you initially step on the gas. It's more sensitive so the car moves off the line pretty quickly causing you to unconsciously let off the pedal a tiny bit and then you'd reapply the pressure so it jerks. But I blame that on my foot, not the SB. So I consciously push the gas with one smooth motion and it's perfect.

My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System

Has anybody done a timed run yet with and without? The reason I ask is because I read that there is no hp increase, but that just cant be possible. I look at my rpm and it climbs so fast, WAY faster than before. Also, fuel consumption has increased, but who cares? Another thing that I noticed was that the shifts were smoother, the gears held longer and the downshifts were faster than in sports mode. BTW, I have a 2007 530i SMG. Example, I was on the freeway doing about 60 in 6th gear in auto mode. I wanted to pass this slow car up so I pressed the throttle a little and it shifter to 4th gear REALLY fast and I was at 80 in no times. Before the sprintbooster, the car would shift to 5 and I would have to push the accelerator down a lot further to get it to 4th or even 5th. The rpm would remain at 2300 or so in 6th gear and climb from there until 80 mph. Now with the sprintbooster. I go from 2300 in 6th to about 4000 to 4500 in 4th. This is a must mod for all bmw's. This is the way the car should have been made!!!

Logic would seem to dictate that more instantaneous throttle response would decrease 0-60 times but someone told me that people on MBWorld were discussing this and I think they proved there was no benefit in the times. Guess some of us would have to do our own testing to be sure.

Finally installed it this afternoon and went for a drive, both street and highway. My impression? Holy jeezus. Why didn't the car come this way from the factory? I mean this thing takes off. The throttle is crazy and keeps on wanting more. It's a fun change for the car, almost scary in a way. I was up in the 100s no problem -no jerkiness -no hesitation whatsoever. This thing is insane!

Installation was easy. It's usually a 5-minute job, but I wanted a clean look, so I opened the carpet a bit more, to stuff the sprint booster body and wires. You'd have to know you're looking for something down there to notice anything. Even if you stick your head by the footwell, you can't see the wiring. Took me 15 minutes to get it this way.

Time to order one for the wife's car...

Another great feedback!

So one of the guys on the M5Board tried the SB out and he said that although he liked the improved throttle, he said after 3/4 way, the last 1/4 of the pedal travel felt flat. I've never noticed but I don't think I've ever paid attention. Any of you guys experience this?

Thanks Alpinewhite, unfortunately the one I need is for a 2007 Audi Avant. Andy has been kind enough to offer one to me at a very reasonable price (2nd purchase).
