I use ddouble sided tape and for the trunkspoiler I also used special kit.

to answer my own "noob" question.....I found AC style, M-Tech style, Vorsteiner (very nice but $$$
) and H Type (Haman).
Hard to tell by an ebay pic....but I'm kinda digging the H type trunk spoiler....not sure about their roof spoiler though
