What if I get unpainted roof and trunk spoilers and wrap them in CF? I know that some of you will say its cheap, but it'll save tons of money for other mods! Some people wrap their whole cars in vinyl, so why not just wrap the spoilers (this will also save money on painting)
I'm seriously thinking of trying this if no one did. Just have to wait a few weeks to move to cleveland first.

Any thoughts?

You will have to buy REALLY good quality CF to withstand UV rays. Also, what color is your car?

I haven't seen great CF vinyl. I hear you on saving the money, but I think you should either just get the spoilers in CF or paint them...I just had my interior trim wrapped in CF fabric (it won't fare well in the sun/elements, so don't get excited!) Post pics regardless of what you do

My car is jet black.
I'd get them painted then. I don't think there is enough contrast between CF and Jet Black. And as rkhettry23 said, the elements will not treat your CF very well.

Yeah, I was just thinking of having something different.. And i think you still can see some contrast on jet black, just a subbtle contrast which I think is enough (not too striking either )

I would hate to order a roof/ trunk spoiler and they get delivered here after I move (it would be a nice welcome home gift for the person moving in my place though ...) I would prefer to wait till I move... its in only 1-2 weeks
Got ya
Only you guys have different laws state to state and I was just wondering..............

Yeah we have weird laws...
out of subject, but we're not allowed to buy alcohol on Sundays !
Is that common in other states? we can still go to bars/pubs and drink alcohol... but we cannot buy alcohol bottles from ANY store!
