Splitters Help!!

Hey cyber folks,
I have a question...I found out today that my M5 rep front bumper has a chunk missing out of the bottom, in the area that a splitter goes. What does a splitter require to be installed?? Is it glued or screwed??

Also, where can I get a decent splitter for the M5 rep front bumper?? I looked @ Trinity and Umnitza but couldn't find anything.
