Ive tried the original vorsteiner front lip flippers on a copy m5 front bumper (copy bumper to fit non-m5 fenders...i guess similar to umnitza type) and it does not fit well.. poor fitment happens at the area near the wheel well not so much in the front lip area. anyhow do give it a try. May be ok in your case. GL nigxdoof!

Yah, the Hartge splitter fits a lot cleaner on an M5 front bumper then an M-tech. I believe member Eurocarfan has this splitter on his M5.
I was planning on getting the Hartge replica, but I already see a few people have it. I want to be a little different too.

Also the replica would be coming from china and would take a few weeks too.

The Hamann one is nice but too much for me. looks too busy. I figured the lines of the vorsteiner splitters is clean and subtle but matches my spoiler.

Thought you were getting the Hartge too. Can't wait to see the splitters.

So i got the item yesterday but wasn't able to try it on until today.

The item looks like a perfect fit but I ran into a problem right away.

The Vorsteiner Replica splitter top portion (where it slides into the Foglights) is too deep. Due to the Umnitza M5 front having fogs, the space is shorter than a normal M5 since the M5 has the brake ducts.

I believe it can still fit but since the Vorsteiner Replica is fiberglass it needs to be shaved down. I'm going to stop by the shop after work and see if they can do it. I'll keep everyone posted. Darn FOG lights!
