i've just received my Split Second Turbo Tuner (SSTT) and pre-purchase, confirmed with them that, Yes, this will work with the 535. Funny thing is, I've got the chip before I've got the car...though its scheduled for delivery in April. The waiting is pure torture.
I'm not too concerned with the possibility of voiding the warranty as I plan to take it out before each scheduled service.

Even though you wouldn?t be able to see any physical evidence on the car, with the piggy back removed, it will not take many seconds, looking into the OEM ecu to see what?s going on if you know what to look for.
That is my knowledge of piggy backs. Maybe something have changed recently?
I do not want to spoil the fun, just to let you know
A regular service joint wouldn?t be able to figure this out, unless BMW AG sends out a bulletin, and 99% of the possible warranty claims will probably go through anyway.

I'd like to share a thread from e90post forum that sold me into getting a procede...

This is just V1.47. They are on V2 now and are getting better gains especially on higher octane fuel and a few other mods. Although, i am not sure if we can achieve the same results as the E90 owners. I know that the procede for the 535i will have a different map.
