Read their FAQ. It explains a lot about sparks plugs: copper vs iridium vs platinum, gap, heat range, etc..

Pulstar Iridium Pulse Plug BE-1i BE-1 (for my 2004 530i)

Also can i use this on a non modified engine, my car is stock ( was reading stuff about heat ranges)

Personally I just stick to copper plugs. I honestly forgot what the OE gap is. You can't really gap iridium or plat plugs.

I thought the plugs are pre-gap if you buy it directly from BMW part store.
