awesome man, thanx. so since you sound like your familiar with the wheels can you suggest spacer size to get the wheels to sit flush with the fenders. im not looking to have them poke just want a bit of a wider stance. i have a non sport 06 530i if that helps. thanx again for the info

well I use 5mm in the front and 5mm in the rear. my offset are 20f, 24R but I'm get a 10 for the rear cuz the 5 didn't push it out enuff.

OP, thanks for posting this. I've been thinking of doing the same and I have the same wheels. Looks like 5mm spacers in the front, and 10mm spacers in the rear are the way to go.

Quick question: I am going to be installing the H&R Sport Springs. Will that have any impact on spacer choice?

actually it looks like you have 19's, i have 20's. im not sure if the offsets are different from 19 to 20? but it looks like that 5 in the front and 10 in the back would poke out the wheel enough to be flush with the fender. as for the springs i have no idea, i cant imagine it causing a problem besides possible rubbing? youd have to look elsewhere for that answer. gl
