I am looking at getting 12mm spacers on my 550i with 172's. Any recommedation on brands or where to get them. I have heard of H&R and eibach. Any downside?

i had H&Rs. no complaints. just make sure you spray the spacer with anti-seize before you put them on so it wont be too hard to take them off in the future if needed.

I heard spacers might cause some damage with high torque cars like 550. Is this true?
