how can I dissconnect my amplifier from the battery safely without getting shocked or getting hurt lollll whats the procedure

First disconnect the battery from the car, then disconnect the amp so that all power sources are completly off.

There is very little in the car that can electrify you. But disconnecting the battery is a good safety measure.

You only need to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery and you will be fine. Then unplug the amp. It is that simple
