If it was up to you guys to choose....would it be the B5 or the M5?

I'll take one of each please

I pick the M5!!

One of each is perfect! IF I really had to chose... M5 is still for me.

From what I've read about the two cars, I'd have to go with the B5.

The way it's setup would make it much better suited for the way I'd use the car. Mind you I'm not considering either but as long as I'm dreaming, I'll take a Alpina B5 with all of the stock BMW 545i markings. The ultimate sleeper! I can just see the look on those Viper jockey's faces right now....

In front of the picture of the engine it looks like a dirt buster...

Anyway, cool ride.

Afraid not.... for the moment at least....? The supercharger was made specially for the car and to Alpina's design so it is highly unlikely that we'd be able to get these parts from a 3rd party supplier.
The supercharger for the B5 is made by ASA. I would say contact Rennsport to see if you can get your hands on the S/C kit, they are an ASA supplier..

back on topic, what a beautiful car Wish they had these in N. America!

Sexy, fast car, but alpina looks to be the AMG of BMW.
