Very classy and classic look; black m-sport + M166s. I had it on my 2 E60s and loved it. Good choice of spacer size and the LCI rear lights round it off nicely. Great choice of mods, great looking car 
As for the chrome grills on black cars, I think many of us have those mind games... well maybe not V, he's clearly made his mind up
... but the contrast of chrome grills is great, however the black looks more purposeful, but you lose that contrast. I love the black grills on AW / Silver / Grey, but on black its 50/50 for me, depending on the mood... and I'm not that quick yet at swapping them out
