I'm quite satisfied with the sound level on mine, especially with the added sound of the AFE intake.......so I'm not going to remove any resonators.

My setup is good enough for me since I can't live with anything more that some minor droning/resonance......However, if you don't mind the drone I have to say that SoCalM5Mang's setup is the best sounding V8 E60 I've heard so far. I had heard it before while he was stopped (revving), but last Saturday I heard it in action as I was following him down Mt. Wilson on our drive and it sounded awesome.

rodybmw! I'm glad to hear you go the same setup as me. I still love my exhaust and like you am very sensitive to droning.. That being said I keep debating on doing the center resonator delete at least for a few weeks to make it just a bit louder.

I find myself always in sport trying to hit the gas hard to hear the pretty sound of the remus., which when you get on it, it turns heads and sounds really great. I just love getting on the gas and it makes me grin everytime I drive.. With the AFE, and sprintbooster i love my 550!
