Go to Song's Tint. Ask for Hahn Kim, he's the owner. Bimmerfest.com members did a group tint for many 5ers a few months back and he did an outstanding job. I believe he's one of the few authorized installers for Huper Optik in LA (one of the best tint products out there, but tricky to install). Tell him that Steve from Southland referred you

Here's the thread from bimmerfest - they posted pics of their tinted cars

I also recommend TINT PROS in Huntington Beach. A little pricey but the quality is awesome.

Get huper optik from

Sal - 714-546-1002

3071 South Harbor Blvd.
Santa Ana, CA 92704

Participated in a group buy on another bmw forum and everyone was impressed with the work. For 4 doors though, the group buy price for huper optik was something like $400.

Huper optik is a ceramic tint with superior heat rejection along with other benefits.

I second them. Great service, cool guys. Ask for Greg. Kinda pricey, about $250 for all around. Formula One Film tho. Lots of venders and magazines recommend them too.

Rich Tints up in Walnut does fantastic job. Better price too. I would have gone to him if he wasn't located so damn far.
