smoking the tail lights

My Ride: 2008 528i: Alpine White/Creme Dakota Leather/Bamboo Anthracite Wood Trim; Premium pkg, Ipod USB (6FL), Xenons, sunroof, Eibach pro-kit 1.2" drop all around, limo tint all around. LED license plate festoons.
Soon to come: M6 replica 19" rims, Angel Eyes mod, fog light mod.
so i covered up the tail lights and masked it n all i was only going to do a light smoke. did it finished waited till it dried and i took the paper and masking tape off only to see difference. so the stupid wind blew some of the spray onto the car paint. its not noticeable u have to get like witin inches to notice it but still anyone has any idea how i can remove it? maybe wax? i dont wanna try anything until i get some opinions i mite mess it up even more. any help is appreciated.
PS i wil post pics of the smoke also they came out nice.

how about some PAINT THINNER OR LAQUER THINNER realy lightly should do the trick

not the best pics i know i had to use my phone.....but its a very very light smoke. cops here in glendale dont even need this as an excuse to stop us so imagine.....

dont use thinner.. use claybar.. they will get it off easily.. honestly i think you shouldve keep it stock looking or go little more darker...

lol my bad .. i got confused with this dude.. he got white one with LCI taillight and he just got the car and already bought bunch of parts...
