I bought these bulbs http://www.ebay.com/itm/LED-WHITE-2X...item2a1733fece which said it was compatible with my 07 E60 525i, but I am getting dashboard errors. Is there a way to fix it?

 

You need to add resistor in parallel to fool the CPU, otherwise will post the error code.

 

They aren't CANBUS so you will get errors.
Try find a pair of CANBUS/error free ones.

Use the 10W 47ohm resistor first. Try and error. Just $1.0~2.0 each.

 

I've bought a few LED reverse lights on eBay, several with CANBUS and they still gave me errors. I ordered 2 sets now from http://store.ijdmtoy.com/
One was confirmed to work on a 5 series. Guess we will see how it goes. Lots of trial and error when dealing with lights.

Keep us posted if you find a good working one with out errors.

I can't confirm if they work yet. They are almost here. Was hoping to get them before the weekend. If they do work, i'll make sure to update.
