Well, I finally got my quad exhaust installed. I'm not very knowledgeable about this stuff, so I have some questions for you exhaust gurus.
I got it done at Speedway Muffler here in Rowland Heights. Paid $500 for 2 resonators, 2 magnaflow mufflers, tips, piping and install. I told the owner (Serge) that I wanted the quietest possible setup - which is why he added 2 resonators. Even with the added resonators it's still louder than I thought but it's a deeper sound than I expected.
I'm wondering what you guys think about the setup. Is this a good setup? I originally thought I was going to use a y pipe, but they said this was better.
I'll post more pics of the rear of the car to show the tips later today.
thanks
Mike

How big are your exhaust tips... 2" or 3"?
bump for sound clips.

I think they're a little over 3". They look smaller in the picture. The owner has other tips as well that were bigger. I liked these tips because they were staggered.
Also, if you do plan on getting your setup done at Speedway, mention that you heard about him through the forum. Otherwise, you might not get the same price. I got my price because I knew another installer in the same plaza. Serge said he would honor the same price for all forum members.
BTW, does anyone know how to upload a video file? I have one, but don't know how.
thanks
