I live in a very crowded city and I use my e60 as a daily driver, and the rpm is almost never beyond 2-3 in low gears, hence my fear of installing real quad exhaust, which will make a very irritating sound when commuting in traffic. I love the look of the quad exhaust. So is there any quad exhaust which looks good and has minimum to NO sound? I searched and found mostly on quad exhausts....and see most ppl want them to be louder....

i believe thats the purpose of the quad exhaust...to make a better sound than the stock and give better looks.
I have no idea how you can find an aftermarket exhaust that would make the same sound as the stock.
You could try searching for someone that makes custom exhausts in your area. Then you could fix the sound as you like
