Inspired by JOHN's 166. I took it up a knotch a lil by painting it matte black and did a machined brushed aluminum effect. Can't really tell the brushed effect on this pic but it looks awesome in person. I can't wait to put them on. I think this custom made 166 will suit your black car. Went to a local wheel wizard at lunch today and printed out pictures of this M5 with the machined wheels. He told me that it is possible but he would have to shave quite a bit of metal off of the lip to create a semi-flat machined lip as it is in the photo. The price per wheel would be $175 and they would be powdercoated with the black finish, first, (then machined). I'll debate it. I'm sure it would look amazing in-person much more than the photograph already. Only problem I have is worried that it would not contrast nicely. Heh, not that all black would, anyways!
