nothing really you can do to match feel of 335i... what you can do is...

get sway bars to make it stiffer when you steer the car and reduce roll

and bounciness is probably due to your strut is bad and needs to be replaced...

Wait, I thought the ARS helps to stiffen up the car in corners, I need to do some work there too? At this rate, I may as well see if I can trade this in for a 335i Sport.

Where can I locate a BMW tuner shop in the DC Metro area? Would like to check out a shop and get some quotes on parts and labor. Getting back aches from my daily ride, need to see what can be done with the car and probably ride in some modded cars to get an idea of what I want to do.

How much do Bilstein or Koni Yellow shocks run for? I've heard Koni yellows run well with Eibach lowering springs. But it seems for that price, you might as well just hunt for a used of coilovers. KWv3 or KWv2 or Bilstein PSS9/10 I've seen run around here for $1,000-$1,300 which is a killer deal.
Yes you can buy used coilovers for around that $1000 range, but just the same you can get used shocks and springs for cheap. I know I bought my bilsteins from a member last year for $400, and my H&R sports from another member for $100.

+1 the 3 series are made sportier and the steering ratios are made different thatn the 5 series so I don't think you will be able to get the same feel in the e60.

Coilovers gonna go outside the budget. Not looking to make it a 335i, but want to improve the ride as the shocks are worn. At least for what I like to feel.
