Is this bumper plug-n-play?

Its most likely the same fit at the Mtech, You would have to just cut a little of the foam bumper portion to make it fit perfectly. If you see some DIY guides, some people cut the foam part so that it screws in perfectly with no gap between the hood and bumper.

the mesh in the center and around the fogs, are they suppose to be painted black or do they come black? what r u going to do?

any advice what i should do, paint it black or leave it?

the mesh looks like matte black right now. I'm not going to paint it. It will match my new matte black grills.

On that note, for those that have black grills, did you paint them black or leave them matte black? I like the color, but it feels almost plastic'ish compared to my OEM chrome grills. Comments?
