It seems that the setup box is not working in Belgium (according my garage).
What does this means ?

It means that it wont work. So you cant have it.

yeah right.
Why it is not working ?
they said it is not working because the DVB-T signal is not in Belgium (and sante clause is on 6th dec)

Only some countries have DVB-T. Belgium may not be one of them.
