i'll post some pictures after my setup are done btw im gonna be running alpine mrd1000 mono jl 10w7 sub and 300.2 jl amp for mid bass under the seats

Are you still selling the car? Are you replacing the mids under the seat or just adding an amp?

 

Heezy i decided to keep the car .. its been giving me trouble before but now everything is good...

im going to swap out the stock sub coz it cant handle a 150 watts power

 

i will be running 2 digital designs 12s, rockford fosgate bd1000 and a upgraded MB Quart separates up front w/6x9s in the back. will post when install is complete. i might buy kicker solobaric L7s in 15s if my friend sells it.

I have successfully added a mono amp for my sub box (dual 10 inch subs). It basiclly the same box I had in my previous car (g35 coupe). I did however used a different amp (since I don't plan on upgrading the factory speakers). Current setup is a Rockford Fosgate Mono Block amp (Punch P3001) 300 watts RMS, going to 2 10inch Rockford Fosgate subs. The sub box is a qlogic type 1 (.65 cubic feet per sub). I'll try to get some pics online as soon as I can.

Also, the trunk in the 5-series is very well sound insolated (well at least the ones without the fold down seats, can speak for the ones with them).
