I'm a bit curious as to what the deal is on this one. Whenever you see an E60 pic with chrome trim ppl are very quick to say "ok, now you need to slam it and get rid of that chrome trim" EXPLAIN!

I have the chrome window trim as well. I do agree though that the shadowline is more sporty looking. I chose to keep my window trim chrome as it goes well with the stock kidney grills. also it matches the lips of my wheels

In the E60, shadowline trim equates to having the optional sport package (but was standard in the 545i) .

here's pics when I had my Aiconas on http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=57630&hl= . contrasts well with tint in my opinion, but the flow of shadowline blending with the tint is great too.

I hate it, I want to change it badly but rent/ bills is hurting me bad right now. No new mods for awhile.

electrical tape for the win...i didn't do it, but i know of someone that did before he got real shadowline, and you couldn't even tell
