Seeing a lot of negative comments about Vossen. How are you E60 owners liking them?

A lot of these posts on their instagram are kinda tacky, but many also share some real life comments from upset owners and even previous employees who can attest to their claims.

This hate account on instagram is finding pics of our wheels and not explaining what happened. Instead it is bashing and trying to defame Vossen.

Here is what the owner said of the white G37, this has not been posted by the hate account.

Sadly this owner's personal business is being dragged out by a hate account with no intention to help, just to defame and hurt. We even took care of this customer and we did not have to. Providing exceptional customer service is part of us as is top quality.

If anyone has any questions I can be reached at mike@vossenwheels.com. Thanks for your time and I hope my posts bring a better understanding to the full story.

Damn that was pretty fast. LOL do you guys have a team dedicated to damage control? At any rate, it's good to see a rep for Vossen on here that can clarify just what the heck is up and make members here a bit more comfortable buying your wheels.

What really is the terms and conditions for honoring the warranty? That Instagram page does seem pretty dumb with a lot of their stupid juvenile posts, but whats the real deal? This seems to be a bit more than the average bad batch.

I love my Vossens so far. They ride great and the 20" wheels are the perfect fitment for my 535i with sport package. Plus they are located in South Florida so that's a plus for me if I do run into any issues.

I will enlighten you guys with my vossen experience. I have a set on my e60 545i and they have been on my car the day i purchased them, i purchased them before i purchased the car. i also ordered a set for my girlfriends accord. i have had 3 of her wheels replaced due to the clear coat peeling. The wheels she has are the cv3. I sent the wheels back to vossen and they sent out replacement wheels back out to me. She and i have 30 series tires on both fronts we have not bent, or cracked anything, we drive both cars daily and have no problems. Washington dc has alot of pot holes if you guys dont know and we travel in and out of the city atleast once a week.
