Maisto usually sucks! I would call those toys, not models. You can find those at Toys R Us, Target, Wall Mart and other places like that.

Minichamps - these seem to vary hugely, some are really nice, some are total rubbish, my E34 on the end of the last pic is Minichamps and actually one of the better ones.
Maisto as said is definately not one to aim for if you want quality, I used to have an 850i model by them, was pretty shonky to say the least
