Sat nav disc on E60/61 isit same as MK4 DVD from E39?

Hi,
I'm getting a 550 E61 on friday, with pro sat-nav system. I'm assuming it wil have the '55 Sat-nav DVD in it.

Does anyone know if the 07-1 DVD from the Mk4 sat-nav in my old E39 will work? or is the E60 a whole generation on from the Mk4 with different disc formats?

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed

It is different and will NOT work in an E60. Not with business and not with professional NAV.
