Default RWC Pre-LCI Headlight Project T1000

So, a lot of guys are making great strides with LCI headlights....but what about those of us still stuck in the pre-LCI dark ages? don't we deserve some cool sh!t too?

I am completely revamping my pre-LCI headlights top to bottom and adding in some additional custom elements as well. definitely drawing here & there from other pioneers from this board & others (here's looking at you DKnewyork) to create some magic for those of us who want to get funky with the pre-LCI headlights.

Here's the list of mods underway on my headlights:

- Satin black internal blackout
- Orion V4s
- Color matched low beam and high beam shrouds matte dark red metallic (to match my car)
- Blacked out eyebrows
- White eyebrow mod (color temperature exact match to the Orion V4s)
- Clear Lens swap (low beams)
- Super Bright white high beam LED swap
- Amber LED turn signals
- Custom wiring solution to control brightness of the V4s within the cabin, fade on/off with car alarm, DTRL Orions, kill switch for Orions and separate control for T1000 lighting
- Updated D1S Xenon bulbs color matched to the Orion V4s
- Exclusive world's first T1000 lighted color matched dark red metallic low beam lens (that only emits white light...100% street legal)

anyone interested in custom lighting projects shoot me a PM

yea, youre frist time i would def suggest practicing on an extra set....its hard to get right even after a couple tries....esp the seal. but once complete, they can really make a car look completely different

I am pretty confident in my ability, have done numerous other brands of headlights. Bake and pull apart and cut apart varieties over the years. Just want the extra set so there is no timeline to complete.

Ever since I saw an E60 parked next to one I have wanted to retrofit some Lexus LS600hl projectors in an E60 headlight.

a few people reached out to me wondering if the tinting treatment on the Orion V4s would kill their luminosity....so i decided to wire everything up for a 12v test and this was the result. they look good to me
