I have an 06 E60 with xenon and been trying to retrofit the new LCI adaptive headlights. I put in both LCI adaptive headlights +LM2 AHL and did some rewiring but apparently I cant get the adaptive part to work like it should. If I coded the car to xenon only then it is fine.
After checking on the wds, the adaptive headlights required connection to PT CAN and since my current wiring is not at best condition, I plan to get a pair of headlight harness and re-run them in the engine bay. Question is if it is difficult to run since the engine bay is quite packed? I tried to search but havent found any info. Appreciate your input.
By the way I have to tap into SZL PT CAN, should I just tap them like normal wire or else? Thanks
