My Ride: '04 545I SPORTS SUPENSION DINAN CAI DINAN STAGE 2 WISH LIST: RPI SCOOPS BODY KIT NEW FEET (RIMS)
Default

Just purchased a set of 20'' rims as follows: Front 20x8.5, 13mm off set; Rear 20x9.5, 15mm off set.

What width tire should I go with without expeiencing any issues.

With the stated off set...am I gonna have any issues as well. Thanks in advance to your responses.

Why do people buy rims and then ask questions about fitment?

You will have to roll your rear fender and use a 275/30/20 tire if you don't want to rub back there. Anything wider back there will rub no matter what. ET17 is about the lowest you can go with a 275 (and no fender rolling) on a 9.5" rim.

You can use a 245/30/20 up front. Those wheels are fine with the offsets.

Because people don't do a search before hand and see what others have done since 2004.

I appreciate your input, normally I do my reasearch ahead of time, cuase I hate to waste my hard earned dollars. I did research on the rim and was told they would fit...but again thanks.

I forgot to mention the suspension is stock; sports. So it is not lowered. Does the same factors apply?

Yes, your car's tires will be sticking out too far. If you never have someone in the back seat, I guess you might be able to get away with it, but it might just not "look" right as is. GL!
